Minsheng Bank: Zhao Peng resigns as non-executive director

Minsheng Bank announced on December 26th that the company has received the resignation application from Mr. Zhao Peng. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Zhao Peng has applied to resign from the positions of director of the 9th Board of Directors, member of the Board's Risk Management Committee, and member of the Board's Nomination Committee. Mr. Zhao Peng's resignation will take effect from December 26, 2025. His resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal requirement and will not have any impact on the operation and management of the bank.
