They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of the total number of shares through centralized competitive bidding within 15 trading days after the announcement disclosure date until April 20, 2026. The shares to be reduced come from those held before the initial public offering and those obtained through capital reserves. The reduction price shall not be lower than the issue price.
