The wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Tianxin Seed Industry plans to construct the "New Wufeng Technology Innovation Base Project" with a total construction area of 20,634.65 square meters and a total investment of 199.8921 million yuan. In addition, the holding subsidiary Zalante Banner Tianhe Grain intends to apply for an additional credit of 10 million yuan each from the Changsha Xianghu Branch of the Bank of Communications, the Zalante Banner Branch of the Postal Savings Bank, with a term of 1 year; the company plans to apply for a renewal of credit of 200 million yuan from the Changsha Branch of China Merchants Bank, with a term of 2 years.
