The company issued 70 million A shares for the first time and was listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board on December 5. After the issuance, the registered capital increased from 400 million yuan to 470 million yuan, and the total number of shares increased from 400,028,217 shares to 470,028,217 shares. The company changed from being unlisted to being listed. The company plans to revise certain provisions of the Articles of Association, with some provisions being revised while others remain unchanged. This change does not require shareholder approval, and management is authorized to handle business registration changes.
