Woguang Photoelectric announced that its controlling shareholder Yi Weihua holds 64.1983 million shares of the company, accounting for 28.58% of the total share capital; together with the acting in concert party, they hold a total of 73.9398 million shares, accounting for 32.91%. Recently, Yi Weihua renewed the pledge of 28.8892 million shares previously pledged to Hubei Tianmen High-tech Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., accounting for 45% of his holdings, 12.86% of the total share capital, with the renewal dates set to September 13, 2026 and June 13, 2026 respectively, for personal fund turnover. This pledge renewal is unrelated to the company's production and operation, Yi Weihua's pledge risk is controllable, with no risk of forced liquidation or transfer.
