Jingda Corporation announced that from December 12 to December 26, 2025, the controlling shareholder Li Guangrong, together with concerted action person Tehua Investment, reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 19.24 million shares through block trades, accounting for 0.90% of the total share capital, reducing their shareholding from 3.25% to 2.36%. The combined shareholding of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action persons before the change in equity was 7.83%, which decreased to 6.93% after the change. This change in equity will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder, will not affect the company's operations, does not involve the disclosure of an equity change report, and does not violate any relevant regulations. If the divestment plan is completed, their combined shareholding will decrease to 6.28%.
