Shaanxi Jin Ye announced that it recently received a notification letter from Chongqing Jin Jiaxing, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, stating that they will be reducing their holdings by 3.658 million shares through centralized bidding from December 16 to December 26, 2025, representing 0.4759% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the holdings of Chongqing Jin Jiaxing and its concerted action parties will decrease to 131 million shares, accounting for 16.9995% of the total shares, the equity change reaching a multiple of 1% and having no impact on the controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor any significant adverse effects.
