When provincial market supervision departments handle cases of abusing administrative power to exclude or restrict competition and find that it is not within their jurisdiction, or even if it is within their jurisdiction but it is necessary for the Market Supervision Administration to handle it, they should promptly report it to the Market Supervision Administration.
