Xinjiang Zhonghe: Sun Jian resigns as the general manager of the company, and Ma Fei Xue takes over.

Xinjiang Zhonghe announced on December 26th that the Chairman and General Manager, Sun Jian, has applied to resign from his position as General Manager due to a job adjustment. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors, but he will continue to serve as the Chairman of the company. On the same day, the board of directors approved a proposal to remove Ma Feixue from the position of Deputy General Manager and, based on the nomination of Chairman Sun Jian, appointed Ma Feixue as the new General Manager of the company. His term will begin after the resolution is passed and will continue until the end of the tenth session of the board of directors.
