According to the announcement of Leader Intellectual Manufacturing, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Leader Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has purchased 96.15% of the equity of Zhejiang Xianglong Machinery Co., Ltd., held by Venture Equities Management, Inc., Ningbo Jialong Industrial Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Xiebang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Longjun Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, for a transaction price of 2.404 billion yuan. According to the company's payment schedule, arrangements for board seats of the target companies, procedures for transfer of property rights, Zhejiang Xianglong's articles of association, and relevant provisions of the enterprise accounting standards, Zhejiang Xianglong has become a subsidiary of the company and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
