Wang Xiliang resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after resignation. The resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. The company held its 20th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on December 26, 2025 and approved the proposal to appoint Gao Pengcheng as the new Chief Financial Officer. His term will start from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the 5th Board of Directors.
