Longgao Holdings: Zijin Nantou acquires 4.37% equity stake in Investment Development Group

Longao Group announced that on December 26, 2025, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Longyan City People's Government signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Zijin Mining Group Southern Investment Co., Ltd. Longyan City State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission intends to transfer 4.37% equity of Longyan Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. held by them to Zijin Nan Investment, with a transfer price of 398 million yuan. The contract stipulates that Zijin Nan Investment should pay the full equity transfer payment to Longyan Property Rights Trading Center Co., Ltd. within five working days from the effective date of the contract.
