WiseNuo announced that it has been approved to provide guarantees totaling no more than 22.62 billion yuan for the company and its subsidiaries in fiscal year 2025. On December 25th, the holding subsidiary Guan'an Yungu signed a contract with the Kunshan branch of the Construction Bank to provide a joint liability guarantee of up to 425 million yuan. Prior to this guarantee, the holding subsidiary had guaranteed a balance of 2.971 billion yuan for the company, which increased to 3.396 billion yuan after the guarantee. The remaining available guarantee amount for fiscal year 2025 is 1.804 billion yuan. After this guarantee, the total amount of external guarantees by the company and its holding subsidiaries is 16.696 billion yuan, accounting for 300.86% of the audited net assets in 2024.
