Chengdu Xindao: Two fundraising investment projects postponed until March 2028

Chengdu XianDao announced that the fourth meeting of the third session of the board of directors of the company approved the resolution to postpone the "New Molecular Design, Construction and Application Platform Construction Project" and the "New Drug R&D Center Construction Project". As of November 30, 2025, the two projects have accumulated investments of 238 million yuan and 58 million yuan respectively, with investment progress reaching 47.84% and 35.88%, and the main structures have been topped out. The original plan was for both projects to reach the planned ready-to-use status by December 2025, but it has now been adjusted to March 2028. The delay is due to the complexity of the projects and the need for comprehensive evaluation, and it will not have any adverse impact on the company's normal operations. The sponsor institution has no objections to this decision.
