Mount Kuaiji: Controlling shareholder has released 8.44 million shares from pledge, remaining pledge ratio reduced to 70.44%.

Mount Kuaiji announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, Zhongjianxin Entrepreneurial Investment Co., Ltd., holds 149 million shares of the company, accounting for 31.11% of the total share capital. On December 25, 2025, it released a pledge of 8.44 million shares to the Zhejiang Branch of the China Import and Export Bank, accounting for 5.66% of its shareholding and 1.76% of the total share capital of the company. After this pledge release, Zhongjianxin Zhejiang has pledged a total of 105 million shares of the company, accounting for 70.44% of its total holding and 21.91% of the total share capital of the company.
