Exclusive | Midea Building Technology has initiated a price adjustment: Raw material costs are putting pressure, all products will increase by 5%.

According to Sina Technology, recently, some dealers of Midea have received a notice that the prices of various series of products from Midea Building Technologies will be raised by 5%. The core reason for this price adjustment is the continuous increase in global prices of raw materials such as copper, iron, and aluminum, leading to rising manufacturing costs for upstream manufacturers. The implementation of the price adjustment will be effective from December 15, 2025. In response to this news, Midea Building Technologies stated that the company has not issued a nationwide price increase notice for all products, and each region can independently formulate service value-added and sales support policies based on local market conditions. On the actual sales level, a Midea dealer stated, "For customers who had intended to place orders and receive deliveries before the end of December, our company will still charge the original price. However, starting from January 1st next year, we will also adjust the prices for the main selling models, and the specific prices will be based on the latest price list."
