In 2025, Weinar Space completed a total of 1.56 billion yuan in equity financing for the whole year. The company plans to continue using the financing for research and development investment and capacity expansion, to strengthen independent and controllable capabilities, and to undertake more national and commercial tasks. Its new and old shareholders include Chengdu High-tech Ceyuan Capital, Beijing Commercial Aerospace and Low-altitude Economic Industry Investment Fund, Xichuangtou, and Meishan Huantian Production and Development Group. Weinar Space is a private commercial aerospace company, mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of satellite and ground station products. In September of this year, Weinar Space began IPO counseling.
