The 200 million dollar villa reduced to 66.73 million but no one bought it. The eighth time the most expensive residential property in Shenzhen was auctioned off without being sold.
Recently, a villa in Shenzhen with an assessed value of over 200 million yuan was auctioned off at a starting price of more than 66% off, but it was left unsold due to no bidders. According to information on the Alibaba platform, the property is located in the E4 building of the Montefiore area of the Shenzhen Guanlan Lake Golf Grand Mansion. It is being disposed of by the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The starting price was 67.333675 million yuan, with a required deposit of 13.34 million yuan and bidding increments of 333,000 yuan. This is the 8th auction of the property. In August 2023, the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen first publicly auctioned this property on the Taobao Judicial Auction Network platform, with a starting price of over 201 million yuan, at the time it was called the "most expensive residential property in Shenzhen by judicial auction". It was then listed for auction seven more times, with significant reductions in starting price each time, and all ended in no bids. On December 24, 2025, the eighth auction was held, with a starting price over 130 million yuan less than the assessed value. The auction information indicates that the property comes from the auction item related to case number Yue 03 Exec. 8796, which upon investigation is related to assets involved in the "Zhongke Innovation" case in Shenzhen. The China Enforcement Information Disclosure website shows that the judgment debtor is Shenzhen Zhongke Innovation Asset Management Co., Ltd.
