According to the Wisdom Financial APP, the State Administration for Market Regulation recently issued a notice to deploy the stabilization of prices and quality of important livelihood goods and services during the "two festivals" period. The notice requires increasing the monitoring of online and offline prices of important livelihood goods, and continuously monitoring the price fluctuations of necessities such as rice, flour, oil, meat, eggs, milk, fruits, and vegetables. It emphasizes monitoring the online and offline prices of goods and services such as New Year's Eve dinner reservations, high-end tobacco, alcohol, tea, cultural and entertainment products, and strengthening price regulation in the tourism industry such as catering, accommodation, and scenic spot tickets. It also emphasizes monitoring and issuing warnings for the prices of medicines, coal, natural gas, and other products during low temperature, rainy, snowy, and icy weather, as well as enhancing the regulation of aviation, railway passenger fares, and parking fees. Furthermore, it stresses strengthening price regulation enforcement, conducting market price inspections, and cracking down on illegal activities such as not clearly marking prices as required, price fraud, and failure to comply with government pricing regulations and guidance prices.
