This year, the results of the last round of the Beijing oil vehicle license plate lottery were announced, with 60% of the licenses being awarded to households without a car.

On the morning of December 26, Beijing allocated the last batch of ordinary small passenger car quotas for this year. According to the results of the lottery, six out of ten quotas were won by families without a car, with a higher probability of winning for families than for individuals. In this batch of quotas, a total of 9600 ordinary small passenger car quotas were allocated to families and individuals, with families and individuals participating in the same lottery pool; 400 quotas were allocated to units. After verification, there were a total of 624185 valid codes for family applications for ordinary small passenger car quotas in this batch, 2624575 valid codes for individual applications, and 52455 unit applications.
