According to news from the Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, as the year comes to a close, with the successful launch of the Shenzhen-Melbourne direct flight route, Shenzhen Airport has concluded its expansion of international passenger routes for the year. The number of international and regional passenger routes has reached 61, setting a new record. This further enhances its ability to serve external openness and regional economic and social development. At the same time, it is expected that the total number of international and regional passengers at Shenzhen Airport in 2025 will exceed 6.3 million, surpassing the historical peak level.
