It is necessary to strengthen network security and information technology infrastructure construction, promote the deep integration of big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other information technologies with ecological environment governance, strengthen network and information security defenses, and effectively use informatization to promote the modernization of ecological environment governance. The meeting emphasized that the Ministry of Ecology and Environment system should steadfastly implement the national strategy for addressing climate change, focus on peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, and promote coordinated efforts in reducing carbon emissions, pollution, expanding green areas, and promoting growth. It is necessary to actively participate in and lead global climate governance, conduct in-depth policy dialogues in the climate field, strengthen South-South cooperation in addressing climate change, and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to promote the global climate governance process.
