Chad declares the end of the current cholera epidemic.

The World Health Organization office in N'Djamena, the capital of Chad, announced on the 24th that the Ministry of Health of Chad has officially declared the end of the current cholera epidemic in the country. Since the first report in July 2025, this epidemic has accumulated 2,979 cases of infection and 167 deaths in several provinces of the country.
