Huilv Ecological: the actual controller and the persons acting in concert with him have increased their shareholding ratio to 50.61%

Green Ecological announced that there had been changes in shareholding by the actual controller and chairman, Li Xiaoming, and his concerted action parties. After the changes, Li Xiaoming holds 229,504,094 shares, accounting for 29.23%; Ningbo Huining Investment Co., Ltd. holds 124,629,833 shares, accounting for 15.87%; Li Xiaowei holds 39,614,559 shares, accounting for 5.05%; Li Junhao and Jin Xiaochuan's shareholding remains unchanged. The total shareholding is 397,341,036 shares, increasing from 50.44% to 50.61%. This increase in shareholding is due to the completion of the execution of the relevant judgments and enforcement notices from the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court.
