Yonghe Intelligent Control announced that the company is progressing with the public listing transfer of 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Kunming Medical Oncology Hospital Co., Ltd. The first listing period is from November 24th to December 5th, 2025, with a listing price of 35,927,700 yuan; the second listing period is from December 9th to 15th, with a minimum price of 28,742,200 yuan; the third listing period is from December 17th to 23rd, with a minimum price of 21,556,600 yuan. No potential buyers registered interest during the three listing periods. If there is another listing in the future, the company will disclose information in a timely manner.
