Announcement of Antong Holdings: Zhongwaiyunjiyun and Zhonghua Ziguang Asset Management signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" on July 11, 2025. Zhonghua Ziguang Asset Management intends to transfer 82.909 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares at a price of 3.2 yuan per share to Zhongwaiyunjiyun, with a total price of 265 million yuan, which has been approved by the State Asset Ownership [2025] No. 522. After the transaction, Zhongwaiyunjiyun's shareholding will increase to 428 million shares, accounting for 10.1048%, while Zhonghua Ziguang Asset Management will decrease to 0. This transfer is still subject to confirmation by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and transfer by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
