Convertible bonds welcome a "great year" in performance: the yield of winning draw has significantly increased.

According to Wind's statistics, since 2025, there have been over 30 convertible bonds listed on the mainland securities market based on the listing date. The average increase on the first day of listing for these convertible bonds is about 37%, exceeding the average first day increase in the previous years. Using the same statistical method, the average first day increases for convertible bonds listed from 2018 to 2024 were approximately 2.4%, 9.5%, 19.1%, 19.4%, 29.7%, 33.7%, and 24.1% respectively. If nothing unexpected happens, the average first day increase for convertible bonds listed in 2025 is expected to set a new record since the implementation of the credit subscription system for new convertible bonds.
