Fangzheng Securities announced that the profit distribution plan for the third quarter of 2025 has been released, proposing to distribute cash dividends to all shareholders at a rate of 0.01 yuan per share. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares of the company is 8.232 billion shares, and the total amount of cash dividends distributed is 82.321 million yuan. If there is a change in the total number of shares of the company before the record date for implementing equity distribution, the total distribution amount will be maintained, and the distribution amount per share will be adjusted accordingly. This plan was approved at the twentieth meeting of the fifth board of directors on December 25, 2025.
