In order to ensure the consistency of the product performance benchmark, the "Regulations" require that the product manager generally should not adjust the performance benchmark. If it is necessary to adjust the performance benchmark, the product manager should strictly follow the internal approval procedures and disclose the details of the performance benchmark adjustments in regular reports and updated product descriptions. Considering that the historical performance benchmarks of some existing products have a long lifecycle, the reference value for current investors is relatively small before the implementation of the "Regulations", so banks and insurance institutions can only disclose the adjustments of the performance benchmarks after the implementation of the "Regulations".
