According to the Financial Intelligence App, on December 25th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the approval for the initial public offering of shares by Youyan Metal Composite Materials (Beijing) Co., Ltd. It is reported that Youyan Composite Materials plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-Tech Innovation Board, with CITIC Securities as the sponsor institution, and plans to raise 900 million yuan.
