Space-time Technology announced that the company has formed a consortium with Sichuan Far East Architectural Landscape Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., which previously won the bid for the construction drawing design, construction general contracting, and operation management of the "Hong'an Border Town Cultural and Tourism Integration Project" in Xiushan County. Recently, the company signed a contract for this project with the relevant parties, with a contract price tentatively set at 141 million yuan, including a design fee of 1.7293 million yuan, a tentative construction and installation engineering fee of 82.6579 million yuan for the first phase and 56.9728 million yuan for the second phase. Whether the second phase will be implemented depends on the operating results of the first phase. There are uncertainties in the performance of the contract.
