Wanze Industries announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Wanze Group, stating that "Wanze KEB1" has completed the entire share swap and has been delisted. On December 24, 2025, Wanze Group will cancel the guarantee and trust registration for 373.8334 million unrestricted shares of the company in the "Wanze Group - Hongta Securities - 25ze EB01 Guarantee and Trust Property Account", accounting for 2.39% of its holdings and 0.73% of the company's total share capital. As of that day, Wanze Group and its concerted action parties collectively held 157 million shares, with a total of 53.022541 million shares registered for guarantee and trust, accounting for 33.85% of its holdings and 10.41% of the company's total share capital.
