Chengxing Corporation: Production at Jiangyin factory has been halted, and business will be taken over by the Qinzhou factory.

Chengxing Corporation announced that, according to relocation plans, the company has decided to carry out relocation work for its Jiangyin factory, which will cease operations entirely starting from January 24, 2026. The production of its products will be taken over by its wholly-owned subsidiary, the Qinzhou factory, with an existing phosphoric acid production capacity of 300,000 tons, capable of meeting all customer demands. In the years 2024 - 2025, the Jiangyin and Qinzhou factories have different start-up rates, with the Qinzhou factory expected to reach a start-up rate of over 90% in 2026. The merger of the company's revenue and profit will not be significantly affected. The Jiangyin factory aims to complete dismantling by the end of 2026, while the new factory aims to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2027. This will be beneficial to the company's industrial upgrading and diversified development.
