Zhongwei Group announced that the company signed a "Solid-State Battery Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Xinwangda Power Technology Co., Ltd. on December 25, 2025. The two parties will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation in areas such as precursor product technology development, product supply, positive electrode material development, and global production capacity layout, to jointly develop a series of new energy battery materials for solid-state batteries and promote their industrialization implementation.
