Snow Wave Environment announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Kangwei Conveying and Snow Wave Conveying plan to obtain financing from the China Bank Wuxi Taihu New Town Branch, with each not exceeding 10 million yuan and with a term of one year. The company intends to provide joint and several guarantees for them. On December 25, 2025, the proposal was approved by the board of directors and did not require shareholder approval. Kangwei Conveying had a revenue of 23.3426 million yuan and a net loss of 3.3531 million yuan from January to September 2025. Similarly, Snow Wave Conveying had a revenue of 17.327 million yuan and a net loss of 0.1833 million yuan during the same period. As of the announcement date, the company's total approved external guarantee amount is 140 million yuan, with actual guarantees totaling 95.9711 million yuan.
