Zhengzhou Bank: Plans to acquire Yanling Zhengyin Rural Commercial Bank.

Zhengzhou Bank announced that it plans to acquire the shares of Yianling Zhengyin Rural Bank held by other shareholders through a cash acquisition, and at the same time, will transform Yianling Zhengyin Rural Bank into a branch of Zhengzhou Bank through a merger. Prior to this acquisition, Zhengzhou Bank held 34.95 million shares of Yianling Zhengyin Rural Bank, accounting for a 49.58% stake.
