Chongda Technology: Adjusting the guarantee amount of 542 million yuan between subsidiaries.

Chongda Technology announced that on April 15 and May 9, 2025, the company's related meetings approved a total guarantee amount of up to 5.42 billion yuan for its subsidiaries in the fiscal year 2025. To meet the business development needs of its subsidiaries, the company adjusted the guarantee amounts, with Jiangmen Chongda reducing by 100 million yuan to 1.2 billion yuan, and Zhuhai Chongda increasing by 1 billion yuan to 1.85 billion yuan after the adjustment. As of now, the company has approved a total guarantee amount of 6.056 billion yuan, accounting for 84.44%; signed guarantee contracts amounting to 50.67 billion yuan, accounting for 70.64%; and actually bearing guarantee obligations amounting to 1.266 billion yuan, accounting for 17.65%, with no overdue guarantee or litigation issues.
