Zhongding Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Ruisibo Robot Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a "Project Cooperation Agreement" with Shenzhen Zhijie Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Hefei Ruoxing Keda Robot Materials Co., Ltd., intending to jointly invest in the establishment of a limited liability company with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Ruisibo will subscribe to 30 million yuan in cash, accounting for 60% of the registered capital; Zhijie Power will subscribe to 10 million yuan in technology, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Ruoxing Keda will subscribe to 10 million yuan in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital. The new company will carry out the joint assembly of Zhijie robot products to cooperate with the assembly of the whole machine.
