The announcement from Kirin Xin'an stated that from November 25th to December 25th, 2025, shareholder Ruichangjieqing reduced its holdings by 444,700 shares through centralized competitive bidding, accounting for 0.43% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, Ruichangjieqing and its concerted action person Liu Wenqing's total holdings decreased from 12.7842 million shares to 12.3395 million shares, and the proportion decreased from 12.43% to 12.00%, reaching the integer multiple scale of 1%. This change is part of the implementation of a reduction plan, which has not been fully implemented and will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholders, nor involve the disclosure of a report on changes in equity.
