The reason for the withdrawal as stated on the platform is "further verification is needed on the auction matters related to the property involved". Public information shows that the owner of the property is Shenzhen Jinsha Bay Hotel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiayuan Group. The appraised value is approximately 988 million yuan, and the starting price for the second auction has been reduced to 553 million yuan. Currently, the property is occupied and used by the actual management party and is still in operation as a hotel.
