According to the data from the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, in the first 11 months of this year, Shanghai received 8.282 million inbound tourists, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the same period last year, exceeding expectations for the year and surpassing the level for the entire year of 2024. Among them, the number of foreign tourists coming to Shanghai has reached 6.287 million, an increase of nearly 50% compared to the same period last year.
