Galaxy Magnetics announced that the company plans to issue shares and make cash payments to purchase 100% of the equity of Sichuan Kyoto Longtai Technology Co., Ltd. from 14 transaction parties, and also plans to raise funds. The transaction is expected to not constitute a related party transaction, major asset restructuring, or restructuring for listing. The company's securities will be suspended from the market starting on September 15, 2025, and will resume trading on September 29, 2025.
