Huang Jianshan, Deputy Director of the Bond Supervision Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, stated at a news conference on financial support to accelerate the construction of the Western Land-Sea New Channel on the 25th that as of now, a total of 24 transportation facilities and warehouse logistics projects have been promoted to issue REITs, with a financing scale of nearly 100 billion yuan; among them, companies in provinces along the channel have issued and listed 13 REITs products, with a financing scale exceeding 30 billion yuan.
