Guangju Energy: Increases holding in Shenzhen Mamawan Power to 14.42%

Guangju Energy announced that the company has publicly delisted and acquired 8% equity of Shenzhen Mama Bay Power held by China General Nuclear Power Development Co., Ltd. with 680 million yuan on the Beijing Property Exchange. The company has paid a deposit of 204 million yuan and a one-time payment of the remaining 476 million yuan, and obtained the "Enterprise State-owned Assets Transaction Certificate"; after this increase in holding, the company's shareholding ratio in Mama Bay Power increased from 6.42% to 14.42%.
