Ningbo Ocean Shipping: Deputy General Manager Chen Jiating resigns due to job adjustment.

Ningbo Ocean Shipping announced on December 25th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from director and vice general manager Chen Jiating. Due to work adjustments, Chen Jiating has applied to resign from the positions of director and vice general manager of the company. After resignation, he will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
