As of the end of December, there were 7.49 million individual industrial and commercial households in the province, accounting for 64.4% of all business entities, driving employment of more than 11 million people. Since the beginning of this year, the overall operation of the Zhejiang economy has been stable and moving towards improvement, but some individual industrial and commercial households are facing difficulties and challenges such as increasing costs, decreasing income, and capital shortages. It is necessary to strengthen the introduction of incremental policies to provide financial support, help individual industrial and commercial households revitalize assets, expand operations, further consolidate the economic foundation, and promote the sustained and positive development of the economy.
