From January to November, a total of 25,800 old urban neighborhoods in China were newly renovated and reconstructed.
Journalists learned today from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that from January to November this year, 25,800 old urban neighborhoods nationwide have been newly renovated. In terms of regions, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai and 22 other regions, as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, have completed their annual plans for the renovation of old urban neighborhoods. It is understood that this year the national plan is to start the renovation of 25,000 old urban neighborhoods.
