James Dyson, the founder of Dyson company and the richest man in the UK, recently made significant adjustments to his family's wealth management structure. According to an analysis of company registration documents, the Dyson family's investment company, Weyburn, transferred at least 624 million from its UK main entity to a new Singapore holding company by 2025, leaving the UK entity with only 1 in book capital.
