The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to discuss and deploy the construction of party conduct and clean governance and anti-corruption work. General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping presided over the meeting.

The meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee was held on December 25th to listen to the work report of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, and to discuss the deployment of party conduct and anti-corruption work in 2026. General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the meeting. The meeting pointed out that in 2025, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the National Supervisory Commission, and various levels of disciplinary and supervisory organs have deeply studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially important ideas on party building and self-revolution put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping. They have continued to promote the construction of party conduct and integrity and the fight against corruption, focused on strengthening political supervision in order to maintain a high-pressure situation in anti-corruption efforts, deepened the investigation and treatment of corruption in conjunction with improving work style, resolved issues of corruption and misconduct around the people, completed inspections covering all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, promoted the improvement of the supervision system of the party and the country, launched the year of building a standardized, legal, and regular system for disciplinary and supervisory work, and made new progress and achievements in the high-quality development of disciplinary and supervisory work.
