Shanghai Tobacco Group established two new companies including alcoholic beverage operation business.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Shanghai Tobacco Group Jinshan Tobacco Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tobacco Group Jing'an Tobacco Co., Ltd. were established with a registered capital of 30 million RMB each. Their business scope includes retail of tobacco products, wholesale of tobacco monopoly products, liquor sales, food sales, etc. The equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check shows that both companies are wholly owned by Shanghai Tobacco Group Limited Liability Company.
